The cocoons (for two people) include two camp beds, heating, lighting, small table, two chairs, electric sockets and a kettle. The Woodland Cabins (for up to four people) include a set of bunk beds, double bed settee, coffee table, heating, lighting, electric sockets and a kettle.

Located just a five minute drive from the M25 (J26) and short drive from the walking and picnicking areas of Epping Forest and the outstanding countryside of the River Lee Country Park and Gunpowder Park.
A regular bus service takes you to Walthamstow Central Underground Station from where a frequent service takes you right into the centre of London. For ease Travelcards and ticket for London bus tours are available from reception so shopping and sightseeing couldn't be easier, cheaper or quicker.
The site welcomes dogs.
